TAX CHARGES

All prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) payable on all orders within Australia. International customers are solely responsible for import duty, taxes or other charges which may apply within your own country.

We DO NOT accept International Money Orders or Bank Cheques due to the banks high processing fees.

Minimum PayPal, Paymate purchase is $20.00 prior to postage and handling. Sorry, all orders under this amount will not be processed and payments will be refunded without correspondence .

Credit Card payments can be made over the phone, please email for details. Please Note: Credit Card minimum is $20.00 prior to postage and handling and amounts under this will incur a 2.9% surcharge.

When making a direct deposit, please leave your  name as reference not invoice number, then email once you have done so to avoid any delays.
We do not check our bank account every day, therefore you order may be delayed if you do not advise us.

EXCHANGE OR REFUND POLICY

Sorry, we do NOT Exchange or Refund simply because you changed your mind. Every care is taken in our description to give correct detail of size, color and measurement, if we have sent you a wrong item we will exchange it for you as soon as you return the wrong item. If you receive an item which is faulty we will happily exchange/refund your money no questions asked. You must however return the faulty item before refund/exchange is given and has been deemed faulty under Manufacturers Warranty.

 Please send a return by registered insured parcel post, as we do not accept liability for any goods lost in transit.

POSTAGE TERMS

Orders within Australia: All items are sent with Australia Post and are sent within 2 to 3 days of payment received.
Insurance cost is $2.70 extra which covers you for up to $100 in value. On orders over $100 you may wish to take out additional insurance cover for your goods. For expensive items or glass purchases this is highly recommended.

Please Note that once the parcel is handed over to Australia Post the risk of damage/loss passes onto you.
If you require to submit a claim we will provide you with relevant tracking number and copy of your invoice. If your parcel was uninsured you will have to put in a claim with  Australia Post as we do not provide this service.

International Orders: Insurance and maximum coverage varies between countries. If you wish to arrange insurance please advise us in the 'Customer Instructions' section of your checkout in the Shopping Cart. We will then advise you if insurance cover is available and confirm insurance amount payable.
