Shipping and Returns Shipping Shipping charges are automatically calculated by the shopping cart on check out. Calculations are worked on the gross weight of your order. All items are sent with Australia Post and are usually sent within 48 hours of receiving payment. If an item is out of stock you will be advised how long it will be before we have it back in stock. Orders are processed in the order received and paid for. If you have selected Express Post and require your order urgently please leave a note in the 'Customer Instructions' box when you do your check out, so we can send your order to you soon as possible, Express Post does not mean we ship immediately. Australian Orders All orders are shipped via Australia Post, with the options of Regular or Express Post. If you require Registered Post please advise of this in the 'Customer Instructions' box at time of check out. Please don't forget to add $2.80 to your PayPal, Paymate or Direct Deposit payment. * Regular Post - no insurance - not trackable - allow up to two business days from capital cities and metropolitan areas. * Express Post - up to $50 for loss or damage during carriage, paid at Australia Post's discretion - trackable - guaranteed next business day within Express Post domestic network. * Registered Post - insured - trackable - same amount of time as regular post. Registered Post: covers up to $100 compensation. For all orders over $50 we highly recommend you take out registered post to cover you for loss or damage of parcels. For orders over $100 cost is $1.30 per $100, or part thereof, in excess of $100 and up to $5,000 Please Note: once the parcel is handed over to Australia Post the risk of damage and or loss passes onto Australia Post. If your parcel was not insured we will endeavor to have your parcel traced, but do not guarantee a replacement or refund. International Orders All orders are shipped via Australia Post, as this is the most economical way of shipping International orders. Please note this does not include insurance and does not have tracking. Please allow up to 21 business days depending upon destination and country. Insurance and maximum coverage varies between countries. Options available: * Extra Cover (formerly insurance) the maximum obtainable cover varies between countries. Please see www.auspost.com.au/international not available with Registered Post International and Air Parcelpak. * Registered International - prepaid padded bags for merchandise - compensation up to $100 is available. * Express Post International - fully trackable with insurance available. If you wish to arrange insurance please advise us in the 'Customer Instructions' section of your checkout in the Shopping Cart. We will then advise you if insurance cover is available and confirm insurance amount payable. Please do not make a payment until you receive notification of total cost required to pay. Please Note: if your parcel is sent regular International Air Mail once your parcel is handed over to Australia Post the risk of damage and or loss passes onto Australia Post, we do not guarantee a replacement or refund. * Faults * Damages * Errors * Exchange * Refunds Queries relating to Faults, Damages and Errors must be made to Catching Angels within 7 days of receipt. No claim will be accepted after that time. Faults/Damages: If you have received goods which are damaged or faulty, they will have to be assessed as being faulty/damaged. Please email or phone within 7 days of receiving your goods. Once goods are found to be damaged or faulty you can either receive a refund or exchange if available. Please make sure the items are packaged and sent back in same condition as received. Errors: Every care is taken in our description to give correct detail of size, color and measurement, however product colours may differ between batches. Also various operating systems and screen types can alter the viewing colours and images. Each order is checked carefully, however mistakes do occur occasionally, despite our best intentions. If an incorrect item has been sent we will happily rectify immediately once advised. We do not accept liability for any return goods lost in transit if sent regular mail. Exchange & Refunds: Sorry, we do NOT Exchange or Refund simply because you changed your mind, so please choose carefully.
