Do you have a shop I can come and browse?

No, Catching Angels is not set up as a retail shop, our business is run as mail order. If you would like to see a particular item before making a purchase, you are welcome to make an appointment, so we can get the goods out for you to view, pay for and take with you.

How safe is it leaving my details on your website?

All credit card information is transmitted via our 128 bit SSL encryption provided by ezimerchant ecommerce. See our (Security & Privacy Statement). If you are still unsure about placing your order through out website please send your order by email and phone your credit card details to 0413 993 128 (Monday to Friday between 9am to 5.30pm aest).

Where do you ship to?

We ship local, interstate and world wide except to countries we deem to be a risk.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All freight is shipped with Australia Post and sent within 2 to 3 working days of receiving your order or payment. What are the costs of shipping?

Cost of shipping is worked out by our online postage calculator which is connected to Australia Post and is based on weight and destination of your parcel. Occasionally shipping many vary from amount charged at checkout. If you have been overcharged on shipping your credit card will be charged at the correct amount. PayPal & direct deposit will either be refunded or extra stock given. On occasions the online postage calculator may be down and won't charge freight, if this happens we will notify you of the cost.

Items are either sent in a padded envelope or box, all fragile goods are wrapped in bubble wrap and void fill. Australian orders have the option of being shipped regular, registered or express post. If you choose registered please add an additional $3.05 to postage if paying by direct deposit or PayPal, the additional cost will be charged to your credit card.

How do I leave special instructions about my order?

Proceed to Checkout page and in the "Customer Instructions" you can leave extra information and instructions.
 

Can you source a product?

If we don't have a product listed every effort will be made to source the product for you at a reasonable price.

Do you wholesale?

We do not wholesale as our prices are already very competitive. If you are interested in a product and you require a large quantity, please email for a bulk quantity price.

Do you give discounts 

When you place and order with us, as a token of our appreciation for shopping with Catching Angels you will receive a 10% Discount Card with your order. Each time you place an order of $20 or more (excluding freight) place your code in the Promotion Offer section in the checkout, and your discount will be deducted .

As a loyal customer award, once your purchases reach a cumulative total of $750 you will receive 15% off and 20% off  when your orders reach $1,500 or more.
