The following sets out the Terms on which Catching Angels offers you. Before proceeding with your order you should read the terms and conditions below.
If you agree to them unconditionally you may proceed with placing your order. Once you have placed your order, you have entered into a Legal Binding contract.
Cancellations are accepted within a 5 (Five) day period from time of placing your order. Should you fail to notify me that you would like to cancel your order,  it will be classed as an unauthorised cancellation and your personal details submitted to a Credit Collection Agency. This can then affect your future credit ratings, So please send an email to notify me, I cannot hold your stock when other customers may be requiring it.

These terms may be amended by Catching Angels at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. The amended terms shall be effective immediately after they are posted on the site.

You can contact us Monday to Friday between 9am to 5.30pm AEST, either by email or phone: 0413 993 128, Please Note: We do not open on weekends, if you send and email over the weekend it will be answered during working hours.

Prices are subject to change without notice. If a product ordered is out of stock you will be notified. If there has been a price increase the new price will apply to your order.

Product Availability
While we aim to maintain an accurate stock level of our products, at times products ordered may not be available due to unforeseen circumstances.

Product Description
Products are described as accurately as possible, however we cannot assure that product descriptions or any content within this site are error-free.

NB: Please be aware and check with your Government Authorities before ordering certain products such as herbs, resins & smudge sticks from us. Some countries have stringent Laws on importing these goods. Catching Angels will not be held responsible if authorities in your country seize goods ordered by you from us.

Tax Charges

All prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) payable on all orders within Australia. International customers are solely responsible for import duty, taxes or other charges which may apply within your own country. Please check with your customs agent before ordering.

Payment Terms

Once you have placed an order you must make payment within FIVE days, otherwise your order will be considered cancelled and goods placed back into stock.

PayPal minimum is $20.00 prior to postage and handling, payments under the limit will be cancelled and money refunded.

Western Union - no minimum

Money Orders and Bank cheques (for Australian buyers only)

We DO NOT accept International Money Orders or Bank Cheques due to the high exchange rate.

When making a direct deposit, kindly leave your name as reference, not an order number, then email us once you have done so to avoid any delays. We do not accept Personal or Business Cheques.
