LAY-BY TERMS
LAY-BY, LAY-AWAY Terms and Conditions Please Note: Clearance Items and Discount Vouchers do not apply to Lay-By and are not accepted in our Lay-By terms, unless prior arrangement has been made. A deposit of 20% is required on total including postage and completion within eight weeks of the deposit date. If you require a little longer we can negotiate a longer payment period providing you contact us prior to completion date. After you have selected goods you wish to Lay-By please go to checkout and select payment method. If you choose to pay by Credit Card, 20% of the purchase price will be processed. All future payments please email your invoice no and the amount you would like to pay off your Lay-By. You will receive an email copy of your invoice after deposit is made and for each payment made, showing balance outstanding. If paying by Direct Deposit, email communication from purchaser must be forthcoming each time a payment is made - otherwise payments may go unnoticed. If you cancel your Lay-By you forfeit 20% of the total invoice including freight. If you stop making payments during the Lay-By, it will be assumed that you have cancelled your Lay-By and therefore forfeit 20% of the total invoice. The deposit covers administration costs. No cash refunds are available on Lay-By. If you cancel your Lay-By or you stop making payments the stock will be returned to the shelves and a store credit arranged on other products. If you agree with our Terms and Conditions you may proceed with placing your order. In the Customer Instructions box please write "I agree to the Lay-By Terms and Conditions". By placing a Lay-By order with Catching Angels you are entering into a Legal Binding Contract. Please Note: That from time to time these terms and conditions may change without Notice.
Catching Angels is pleased to offer you the opportunity Lay-By your purchases on orders of $50 or more. Lay-By must be finalized within eight weeks from date of deposit. A Lay-By of $300 or more to be completed within twelve weeks, if you require longer payment time, you must discuss this prior to placing your order.
A deposit of 20% must be received by us within five days of your Lay-By order being placed. There after payments are to be made at least every 14 days throughout the term of your Lay-By period. (Please refer to our Our Terms)
Lay-By purchases are not cumulative, each new purchase constitutes a new Lay-By. You may finish your Lay-By early if you wish, by paying the full balance owing, there are no additional fees.
